Return and refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference changes.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has a production issue, contact agentjahhweh@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and help with a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

If a package is lost or seriously delayed, check tracking first, then contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.
